        KSMU Listening Area Events

    Every Monday - year round - TRADITIONAL IRISH SESSION, with the Hooliegans, at Galloway Station Bar & Grill, 4211 S. Lone Pine, Springfield, MO.  Every Monday night 7:00-9:00+.  Come to listen or, if you're an acoustic melody player of traditional Irish music, come and share some tunes. For info, call 417-881-9730. July -  December 2010 - TRADITIONAL DANCE AND MUSIC SOCIETY, All dances will be held at Franciscan Villa, 620 W. Scott off Main St. Springfield, MO unless otherwise indicated on the schedule. Please wear soft-soled shoes. 7pm brief dance instruction for beginners and newcomers. Dances then begin at 7:30. Adults - $6, Students - $4, Members - $4.
